Board
The board has constituted itself with a leadership consisting of the three coordinators for the Town Group, Museum Group and Communications Group. Together, they represent the association.
Contact with public authorities and the press is handled by the coordinator responsible for the area to which a particular matter relates.
At the time of constitution, a treasurer and secretary were also appointed, as well as a representative to the Harbour Users’ Council.

Division of responsibilities
The association’s work is divided into the two main groups, the Town Group and the Museum Group, as well as a Communications Group that works across the organisation. A coordinator has been appointed for each group. All board members and alternates join one of the main groups when the board is constituted.
